This is what University of Ibadan Vice-Chancellor has to say about students not being on campus

In the parents-lecturers forum that was held yesterday in the university of Ibadan, the vice chancellor can be quoted saying "A bulletin was released when I resumed office, I said my number one priority are the staffs and the students are second" "That something is second does not mean it is secondary" "How'll the students want to be competing with their lecturers?" "You can't mention Taiwo and Kehinde together, even if you say Kehinde and Taiwo, you mentioned Kehinde first". No conclusions were arrived at as the vc made it quite clear that lack of monetary funds is the major reason why the students have not been called back to school as the management is still unable to solve the pressing issues that forced the students out of the school. There will be a senate meeting on Thursday to discuss further issues.
